DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery is made through the Rapid courier. For customers who opt for cash on delivery, delivery is made within 1-5 working days from order confirmation.
According to Romanian legislation, "The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that can fall to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The merchant, in if he cannot execute the contract because the product or service is not available, he must inform the consumer about this unavailability, and the sums he paid as payment must be reimbursed by the merchant within a maximum of 30 days."
 

DELIVERY ALL OVER THE COUNTRY

The charged transport rate is approximately 15-20 lei. The rate will be displayed at the time of completing an order.
